Visual Arts Exhibition

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Call for submission. We are now accepting submission from Visual Artists. Artists are invited to submit their visual art work for the GFest Exhibition taking place in a Gallery space in London. Art works focusing on LGBT (queer) themes will be given preference.

We do NOT charge any entry fees. Submissions must be for artwork that is available for sale. The artist / agent is responsible for all costs / arrangements related to the secure shipment / delivery & collection of the art work to & from a London Venue.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

-Max. size for two dimensional art work is 100cm x 100cm
-Max. size for three dimensional art work is 75cm x 75cm x 75cm
-Submission deadline -Entries must reach us before 5pm on the 22 August 2008
-We require a Hi-resolution Image (printable – 300 dpi image, size preference 10 X 16 cms min.) of the artwork (Jpeg. & no bigger than 5 Mb)

By submitting your entry you agree that the art work identified above will be available for exhibition at GFest in November 2008, in London and you will not able change the above details without the prior consent from GFest organizers. You also agree to ensure secure delivery and collection of the art work at times and a venue specified by the GFest organizers. Please note by submitting you agree that GFest organizers have the right to use / amend the information / images that you submit for publicity purposes.

A selection committee will decide on short-listing of all the entries & their decision will be final. Unfortunately, we will not be able to enter into any further communication regarding non-selected entries. Selection process is expected to be finalised by 1st week of Sept 2008.
